This four-tenant building was one of the first in the Verrado Market Place when DMB sought development for retail at the entry of Verrado Master Plan from the I-10 FWY. The building includes a high grossing Starbucks drive-thru, Nail Salon, Verizon Wireless and a Boston Market with carry out. It is the first coffee stop into Verrado and the last one out going to Phoenix or to California.
