Avalon is in the process of entitling the land for the applicable retail uses which will encompass quick serve restaurant, automotive retail and carwash. The hard corner is underway for fuel/convenience store. Avalon believes this area is poised for growth in lieu of the housing and employment growth within Buckeye and the future I-10 freeway interchange improvement which will enhance access to the site in August of 2025.
