Avalon was able to help locate this premier site for Auto Zone in Tempe, Arizona. The existing building was gutted and remodeled to fit the store specs for Auto Zone. Avalon remodeled the interior of the building as well as the front facade to give the building a new look and facelift. The building was sold again after in 2018.
